We did not hear back from him until we informed him that we were booking other movers as we were not confident with his services and requested our deposit back. He hung up us on the phone and has not responded since. We tried to go through Consumer Affairs Victoria however he is telling them that we broke the contract (which there was no contract). Don't make the same mistake as us and send them money.
