If I could give minus stars I would.
Save yourself from heartache & damage to your belongings, don’t use MTL Removals. The absolute worst removalists I’ve ever come across & I’ve moved a lot due to my work. Their guys don’t give a s#*t about your stuff. As my belongings were going to have to be taken off the truck at the depot and reloaded without me being in attendance I stressed to Jackie on multiple occasions on the phone & via email to please ensure the guys are extra careful as most of the furniture & white goods being moved were new. She said their guys are super careful and will take great care and not to worry, I trusted her….BIG MISTAKE. At the other end there was literally not one piece of furniture that didn’t have some kind of damage. Even smaller things such as plates & glasses that I put in sturdy plastic containers wrapped really well in bubble wrap were all smashed. A golf ball sized dent in the side of a brand new washing machine. Brand new designer coffee table broken, 55 inch LED broken, the list goes on, not one piece of furniture looked the same at the other end, thousands of dollars worth of damage.

Rick, Jackie, I need you to pay Steve for work done. We trusted you both. Not paying your movers is not a good thing. I know the customer has already paid you, I called him and he isnt happy too. So pay sub contractors Rick.

MTL moved our effects from Brisbane to Melbourne. Hard working and very careful with the load. Overcame one or two problems that arose on the day with professionalism and good humour. Highly recommend.

I've used MTL on more than one occasion. Had to relocate interstate due to custody and Jackie picked up the phone on a Sunday morning and had me moved by 24 hrs. She was empathetic, caring and very professional. Workers disassembled and wrapped furniture, cleaned and tidied my messy rooms, all the while reassuring me while loading boxes without damaging any furniture. I used a local company after MTL was booked out and had a broken leg with my new velvet coach, 2 dents in my brand new Samsung fridge. I was gutted. It's a family run business, I was discounted on the rate but was blown away by their efficiency and gentleness in handling my things.
Cannot recommend them enough. Will be moving again soon and am grateful these guys can fit me in. 10 stars if I could.

The crew from MTL were excellent. They notified me before they arrived.
Loaded the truck with great care with in 2 hrs. Nothing was damaged or missing on arrival.
Jackie and Ricky are owner operator, we have used them several times, their rates are very good and competitive. Excellent value for money.
The driver carefully transported my goldfish (when others wouldn’t) and Jackie kindly looked after my fish for two days. Very impressed with their excellent services.
Thank you for the great services, we will definitely be using them again and fully recommend them.
