called jared at the start of october and arranged all my furniture to be moved at the end of the month, come moving day he no-call,
no-showed leaving us high and dry. tried calling him numerous times but he did not answer at all. feel free to call this clown if you want to roll the dice on if he will bother to show up or not

Paid $1250 freight for a delivery from Sydney to Belgian Gardens for a bed which was never delivered.Emailed & rang multiple times requesting a refund. No response or explanation provided. Poor service

I am extremely disappointed with Overland Removalist.
They quoted $3960 from Airlie Beach to North Brisbane. They give the impression that it's an individual pickup and delivery. My furniture was picked up, delivery 2 days later. To my surprise, my furniture was put in a BACKLOAD, on a SEMI together with several other peoples furniture.
My furniture was DOUBLED, maybe TRIPLE loaded from one semi to another before reaching my destination.
I had 2 other quotes for BACKLOADING. Quotes were $1,500. I had a bad experience a few years ago with a BACKLOAD that's why I have decided to pay more than double the cost for INDIVIDUAL and NOT BACKLOADING.
I was shocked when this HUGE SEMI truck turned up on delivery day. It was raining when they turned up. They were rough, didn't remove their shoes, walked over the clean carpets with WET AND DIRTY shoes
I would never recommend this removalist and I will never use them again
They don't have an office in Airlie Beach or Proserpine. You have to leave a message on a mobile. They eventually ring back. They promised to ring me back by a certain time re pickup time, they never did. I sent a text message about 8 hours later , at approximately 5 pm. They eventually rang back and sent text messages approximately 6 pm

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Overland Removals. The price was very reasonable, however the communication was poor throughout. There were several breakages and all of my plants were damaged. Not all of my things were collected at the initial pick up and therefore there was a delay in delivering the remainder of my items, with no communication about the plan. I was hassled via phone for payment before anything was delivered, and again once the majority of items (but not all) had been delivered. I would not use this company again and would not recommend them.

5 stars all the way! These guys picked up my furniture from Brisbane storage and delivered to Proserpine. From start to finish their communication was excellent. They took great care with my goods even wrapping it. The price was very reasonable . Strongly recommend this removalist business

From the start of our dealings with Jared to the pick up and delivery by the Overland guys, it was a top job. They were efficient, professional, careful and tireless. Not one breakage!
