I recently moved with Chess moving from Perth to Sydney. The start point with Steve who was so patience and answered all my questions. Then Jacqueline who put the acceptance of quote in progress. I was assigned Lenny my packer who was absolutely brilliant. Packed all my belongings with such care. Then Mick and his crew Jay and Les who did the upload. Again all belongings handled with such care. The whole move with Chess ran to perfection. 😀😀

Very disappointing experience. Initial contact was very efficient. However $6,000 worth of damage caused by incorrect packing of the container, which Chess are not even prepared to investigate but would rather hide behind the insurance defence. Then 3 months later we receive a call chasing boxes from another client.

Great experience from booking to the final relocation day. Rob, Sean, Adam and Lachie provided the most cheerful and careful service on the day. After nearly twelve hours and going up and down stairs, they were still professional and accomodating. What is always a stressful process was made just so much better by the Chess team! Would highly recommend!!

I recently moved into my new home and Chess helped me with the move. From the first calls to arrange the quote right up until the guys put the last item in my new home I could not fault any part of the process. Everyone was friendly and professional. The two guys who came to do the move were on time, helpful and took care with my furniture. They wrapped all the bigger items in either plastic or soft fabric and everything arrived safe nd sound.
They followed up with a call from office staff to ensure all went well and I was happy with everything.
I can't recommend them highly enough and I was recommended them from a Co worker. I don't plan on moving anytime soon but they would definitely be a Company I would use again if I needed to. Thanks again. Leeann

2 months ago, we engaged Chess Moving Perth to help us move from the rental place we were vacating to our new home. From day one, our interaction with Chess has been very positive.
On the day of our house move, Rob and his team turned up on time. Rob did a walkthrough of the house, and asked a few questions to clarify a few things before his team started to load up the truck. The Chess team moved like a well-oiled machine, each team member knew exactly what they needed to do.
The care they took with our belongings was much appreciated - they even repacked some of the smaller boxes into bigger, sturdier boxes to ensure none of those boxes were lost.
When they were bringing the boxes into our new home, the Chess team was very careful not to leave any marks on our pristine white walls. We really appreciated that.
Professional and efficient, Rob and his team were fantastic, helping us make our house move so much less stressful. Yes, Chess is more expensive but to us, it was worth it.
