It’s being nearly 2 and half months, still didn’t receive the package. Don’t use them, always giving the falls information.

Extremely disappointing experience! 😡 The customer service in Melbourne was just OK—neither good nor bad—but the real nightmare was with the clearance process at the Sri Lanka branch. The staff were blatantly rude, unprofessional, and had no regard for customer service. They even demanded bribes, which is absolutely unacceptable! 🤬 Customers were ignored and treated with complete disrespect.

⚠️ I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice and read reviews carefully before sending goods to Sri Lanka. 🚨 Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable service! 🙅‍♂️

I checked their website and contact them over the phone to confirm the estimated pick up date. The consignment was picked up 45 days after the estimated arrival date in the website and 30 days after the estimated date of clearance on Bill of Lading.

It was very hard to contact them. No office phone is working. Only the mobitel numbers are hardly picked up after more than 30 mins waiting time with 10 time attempts.

The email addresses on BoL are also not functioning since the emails are bouncing back.

When I asked what is the reason for the delay, they said that the issue is with Sri Lankan Customs, however when I checked the same from one of my friends in the customs, the issue is with Transco since they do not have enough capacity on their warehouse after clearing from the port/custom.

All in all this is the worst experience.

If you need to send the goods through them, you need to wait minimum 75 days to clear the goods since the date of handing over.

Customer service at the Campbellfield location is good with friendly staff. However the AU call center needs improvement. Representatives often jump to conclusions without letting customers explain their needs and they should conclude calls more professionally instead of rushing through them.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Transco Cargo for our shipment to Sri Lanka. This was our first and last time using their services.

Shipment was cleared after four weeks from the expected date. As expected, items were stolen.

The customer service at the Colombo office was extremely bad. Calls to schedule the collection went unanswered. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE. This is a situation we’ve never encountered with other cargo services we’ve used multiple times before.

This is good in Australia side. But after go srilanka more than 3 weeks have to wait to book appointment to collect.and cargo also very delay.
