⚠️ I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice and read reviews carefully before sending goods to Sri Lanka. 🚨 Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable service! 🙅♂️

It was very hard to contact them. No office phone is working. Only the mobitel numbers are hardly picked up after more than 30 mins waiting time with 10 time attempts.
The email addresses on BoL are also not functioning since the emails are bouncing back.
When I asked what is the reason for the delay, they said that the issue is with Sri Lankan Customs, however when I checked the same from one of my friends in the customs, the issue is with Transco since they do not have enough capacity on their warehouse after clearing from the port/custom.
All in all this is the worst experience.
If you need to send the goods through them, you need to wait minimum 75 days to clear the goods since the date of handing over.


Shipment was cleared after four weeks from the expected date. As expected, items were stolen.
The customer service at the Colombo office was extremely bad. Calls to schedule the collection went unanswered. THEY JUST DO NOT CARE. This is a situation we’ve never encountered with other cargo services we’ve used multiple times before.
