Very inefficient cargo service. Absolutely no care for customers. Most times won't even pick up the phone. Have been using this service to send goods from Australia to Sri Lanka for the past 10 years. Real nightmare starts in SL when trying to clear the goods. Staff demand bribes, extremely rude. While there, I saw people deliberately ignore ringing phones or keep them aside. I managed to clear the goods only after a contact I knew gave me the number of one of the bosses. Stay away!

This is by far the worst cargo service I have ever used from Australia.
They promised my goods would arrive by 15 December, and since then there has been zero communication. For the last five days, I have been calling repeatedly . the phone is either constantly busy or simply ignored. No callbacks, no updates, nothing.
Delays are one thing, but completely disappearing after taking customers’ money is unacceptable. If you are charging for a service, the bare minimum is to inform customers and answer the phone.
I paid for this service in good faith, not as a donation. The way this business operates shows no professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for customers.
Do not waste your time or money. There are far more reliable cargo services available. Avoid this one at all

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!!! I Sent two boxes worth of good including chocolates and vitamins for my parents, total value was about 800$ for the contents of the boxes. They stole more than half of what was sent to Sri Lanka. And they have no accountability for anything. Please don’t use this service.

I would like to share my experience at Tranco Campbellfield. The front desk representative, Thilina, was extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of respect when dealing with clients. It’s disappointing to see such behavior from someone representing a company that has clearly invested so much to build its reputation.
The owners have spent millions developing this business to its current level, but staff like this can seriously damage the company’s good name.
I would strongly recommend using an alternative cargo service until customer service standards improve.

Don't listen to the delivery time frames they mention by the office personnel. It's no way near to the actual date.
You will basically have to wait for atleast 6 months till you get the shipment.
Please choose alternative companies.
These people will never deliver it on time.
First and last time using their services.
Won't recommend at all.
