Do not use these removalists! We had the worst experience of our lives with these removalists. To start with they were many hours late to pick up our things, with no phone call and so didn't finish packing our things until around midnight. Then they were about 3 weeks late delivering our things to Cairns where we relocated to, so we ended up $2000 out of pocket having to air bnb. The worst of it all though is that they didn't deliver my clothing which was worth $3000-4000! And damaged things which we had payed them for insurance and said they would compensate us for everything, but then ignored all of our calls, texts and emails. Please don't use these people as there have been many people who've had similar experiences amd it was just shocking that they didn't compensate us when we payed them for insurance! We ended up about $6000 out of pocket using them!

Definitely would recommend for any and all your removalist needs. They were very professional and careful with moving my furniture, especially my fragile ones. They were also very accommodating of the difficult access to my new apartment. We had an agreed upon quoted timeframe and set price for the entire move, and despite difficulty in getting my furniture to my new apartment, they worked faster and harder in the blazing hot sun, to ensure that all my furniture would be delivered within the timeframe. I would definitely use this company again.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
My move booked through WeMove was contracted out to this company. The service was extremely unprofessional and communication was very poor.
They cancelled my move date a week out and then after several days of no communication finally rescheduled my pickup to after I had already moved cities. This new date was then postponed 4 times with no notice, leaving my neighbour waiting on call each time at my place to let them in. Every day there was a new excuse as to why they couldn’t make it. After a lot of mucking around the move was then finally picked up several days later at 9.30pm.
In fairness my belongings arrived quickly once collected, however was told to be up and ready for a 6am delivery which did not arrive until after 11am, again with no communication until I had phoned 3 different numbers to attempt contact.
Do not book with this company and check your moving service has not contracted them out.

What can I say other than AMAZING!! Gavin and the boys went above and beyond with our recent move from Brisbane to Mackay.
I called them Sunday morning In a panic due to a no show from another company. Not only did they get to me within a few hours but the took extra time to wrap everything. The care and consideration on all fronts is outstanding.
Don’t pay through the nose for some other company- hire Gavin and the team, affordable, reliable and professional team.
Thank you guys, like I have already said you guys are legends!!

These guys were awesome!! Loaded up between downpours of rain, nothing was a problem. Everything got wrapped up in blankets. Luke and Gavin were great!! Highly recommend, really good value for money also
