Never use them!!!
So much broken stuff they are either criminally careless, or malicious, or completely incompetent. They were late, they were rude and I now have boxes of broken glass and kitchen ware.
I have moved many times without this sort of damage. I should have stuck with the other moving company, instead of trying to save a few bucks. Just don't use them.

Do not use these removalists. If it were possible to give zero stars I would. They were unprofessional. They turned up late each day of the move, took much longer than quoted and had to send one of their workers home because he was too hungover to work. They failed to deliver a number of our items and then did not respond to calls to try and sort it out. The owner was rude and said our items were in their warehouse but then refused to deliver them to us. We are currently pursuing a fair trading complaint against them.

Firstly, they turned up an hour late to the pickup of our move with a broken gate on the rear of the truck. They secured the gate using a wheely bin which is extremely unprofessional and unsafe.
When they arrived at the new property to unload, we had discovered they broke our $800 motorised office desk.
Originally they advised everything would be covered under their insurance if they packed, loaded and transported the items.
When we requested them to pay for the breakage and/or cover the breakage of the desk under their insurance, they refused and insisted it was broken upon pickup.
They have been slow to respond and have ignored some of my wifes efforts to contact them to resolve the issue.
The owner [name removed by Sirelo] is highly unprofessional and a wolf in sheep's clothing. I would recommend thinking twice before using their services.
