Booked company at $180 +gst ($198 ph). Specifically asked for removal at 1pm latest. Was told 11-1pm. No show at 1pm! Messaged to chase up was told they running late due to previous job. Be more 2pm,asked for discount for inconvenience and reason for choosing this company. Arrived at 2pm, opened the door and driver advised immediately “you will not be offered a discount”. 2 guys did the move they were quick and showed me any damaged items before they moved it to their truck. A stool was dropped and damaged, they offered $44 discount before of this. Once we made up bedrooms later on we found a hole and damaged to a bed base that was not there before. The manager [Name removed by Sirelo] said it was more likely from my dog as his guys said the bed was u against the truck and had nothing leaning on it. After I had sent a photo of the bed loaded at the back of the truck not against the truck. [Name removed by Sirelo] has not replied. Don’t trust them.
