I used their services to move furniture from one bedroom apartment. They also disassembled & assembled my bed.

Marcello and Rio from Outer Space were the most efficient movers we have ever seen – and super friendly as well!
They moved our entire 2BR apartment in just over 2 hours. We were so impressed.
The great service continued when we had a minor issue with a damaged item, which the OS team resolved quickly and fairly for us. Special thanks to Lyn and Felix for their help here.
Will be recommending Outer Space to everyone we know and will definitely use them for future moves!

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. THEY ARE NOT TRAINED AND THEY WILL BREAK YOUR STUFF AND NOT HONOUR THE CONTRACT
Genuinely the most distraught I have ever felt.
Update - the movers were asked to move one time due to blocking a neighbours drive who called the police. This was because then they pulled up they didn’t park down the drive like I kindly asked them to when they arrived. I apologised for the neighbours behaviour towards them. They had to move it once! 6 times is such proof how much they lie.
Regard to the wrapping of items. I never told them what to do at all. There was four of us there and they can all attest to what happened. they blocked the stairwell of 7 apartments for 30 mins at a time as they couldn’t lift items. So I asked if using the trolley would help. Then left them to it.
The people they sent weren’t employees and had never moved furniture in their lives. They asked where the fridge went at the delivery location…..
I did not refuse payment. It was 7.30 at night they had damaged so much stuff and me and my housemate were almost in tears. I said I would pay $400 and we would resolve the situation in the morning. Then they ignored me when I tried to resolve it and sent them all the photos. The tv they mention was on the back of the truck unwrapped for 45mins. I asked if they were going to wrap it. But they were rude and dismissive so I asked for it to be taken off if they weren’t going to wrap it. It was such and awful experience and I am only sharing as to avoid anyone else suffering such anxiety and stress and awful treatment from this company. The movers have lied and I have 4people who witnessed the whole thing and are happy to provide statements. We took photos and videos as we were so worried about our stuff and the lack of experience that we knew we were never going to be compensated for the damages.
$3000 brand new couch needs full clean. I wrapped it and they unwrapped it and threw the cushions in the back. White bed frame so dirty from the truck and movers hands. $1300 wardrobe flipped upside down and dropped. When we left them to take it to the new place it took an hour cause they unwrapped it and pulled the broken bits out and wrapped in bubble wrap. Knowing that they never did that at the start. I asked if they unwrapped it and pull the parts out and wrapped them. They said yes. They tried to cover it up.

me and my housemate used these guys. They were the most unprofessional company we have ever seen. We had 4 people helping and watching and they couldn’t lift anything. Broke expensive items and took 7hrs to load a truck. Took items we asked them not too. Stood around for 45mins and when I questioned it they won’t pay for what they broke. They took 30mins to take one washer down 2 flights of stairs. They were weaker than two smaller females as would take two people to lift things that one of us could. We gave them a list of items but spent so much time trying to put light items in there to waste time. Eg empty boxes, picture frames, yoga mats. We kept asking them to stick to the list and the didn’t listen the whole day. The stood with a full truck for almost an hour cause they promised to get all the big items in then because they didn’t listen had to get authority for a 2nd load. But it was filled with items we asked them not to take. You will need to supervise closely. It’s a scam to go as slow as possible and not do what is expected of quality movers
The truck is so not roadworthy and so gross! They were dismissive when I asked them to park down the road and then complained that leaves would scratch their truck when a neighbour asked them to move it. The truck was falling apart. Legally not displaying a number plate and had chunks falling off.Read more

Martin and Marcelo helped us move from two apartments into our new one. They had a very positive attitude, they didn't scratch anything and moved as fast as could be expected. They were very efficient even though the loading area we had was tilted and they had to adjust accordingly.
