The boys are fantastic! Helped me moved 4 times and are fast and efficient. If there were 6-star reviews, I'd give them 6. Fantastic removal business.

Hired Colores through Muval and really regretted it because they damaged my items (chipped a mirror frame, dirtied upholstery, and chipped a side table). These items are not worth that much and I understand that issues happen. They apologised on the day and said that they would issue compensation as they were insured. However, when I tried to claim, they refused to provide compensation. This was on the basis that it was my fault they had to climb more stairs than they were expecting at the drop off site, and that they didn’t damage the mirror because if they did the glass would have broken.
It is true that they had loads of stairs to climb because the elevator was broken. I had let them know in advance this was the case and paid $150 fee for them to climb the stairs! But I don’t think that anything justifies damaging my possessions. They also didn’t let me know at any point during the move that a certain number of stairs meant scratching my items !
Muval offered me $100 which is probably fairly reasonable for the damage that was sustained, but I wouldn’t book with these guys again.Read more

The team from Colores were amazing. We moved from a 2brm unit into a 3brm unit. They arrived on time, were polite, respectful and very professional. They made a stressful day, more relaxed. They completed the pick up & set down in 6 hrs. I would like to add a massive thank you to Angelo & Juan who worked solid moving our furniture up and down stairs. Their professionalism, enthusiasm and work ethic is a testament to the company. We highly recommend Colores for any removals.

I was thoroughly satisfied with this service and would use them again. Booking through Muval and then communicating directly with Colores was easy and gave me assurance. Isidoro and Angelo were amazing, they worked fast and efficiently but most importantly they took care with our belongings. Much appreciated

Just had CSR Logistics Services to help me move out of my 1 bedroom apartment yesterday. Great services - They carefully wrapped my computers and screens with bubble wraps (They were so well prepared!) and handled things with care. Very efficient!! They finished moving under 2 hours! (Another hour for traveling) Definitely recommend CSR logistics!! Thanks Isidoro!
