Very happy with these guys - Brodie coming around (at no charge) to see what needed moving for a quote made a difference. Knew that they had an exact idea when quoting you and upfront on potential costs. Pre pack service was great too, very efficient even on move day - super fast. They stuck around for a bit to also hook up the washing machine - little details made for an easy move. Plus, Shannon doing the admin and communication was excellent. Fast, clear and friendly. Cheers guys

How did I forget to leave a review!! Guys I am SO sorry!
So my wife, two young children (2 and 4) and I moved from Melbourne to the Sunshine coast last year (November 2023), and I got 15 quotes from other removal companies. Not only was Dream Home cheaper than most others, their communication was on a whole different level, they showed care and genuinely wanted to help us (family owned business). They also guaranteed they would pickup and deliver on exact days (which was super important given our interstate move and young children). I’ve heard lots of other companies will often be late as they try to pickup other jobs along the way, or make up excuses for being late by DAYS!
The team at Dream were INCREDIBLE. Arrived on time to pickup, I helped load the truck with them (which they didn’t need help), and arrived at 7am on a Monday morning (which is when I needed it to arrive, so that we had beds and furniture for the kids). They brought all of our furniture into our new home and placed everything carefully in each room. The guys were super friendly.

Brodie and Adam moved our home over the weekend. Have to say the most professional well oiled movers we have ever dealt with, and we have moved 3 times in 3 years to 3 counties! Thank you 🙏 guys so much for your awesome service, much appreciated. Can highly recommend Dream Home Removals.

Have been meaning to write this review earlier, however in the midst of settling down, working time got away. Anyway the customer experience with the move on 1 July 24, was a really good one. This started with interactions with Shannon in the office, who was so helpful, and no enquiry was too difficult. The 4 gents who helped us with the move worked so fast, including the 1 hour drive in the move. We had a big house to move out of. The day was drawing to a close, and getting darker. The gents were even running up and down the driveway before getting darker, to complete the move.They were so professional and courteous. Overall the whole experience was fantastic, and would recommend this business for those that need to move.

Can’t recommend these guys enough
Have had issues in the past with other removalists.
These guys were complete professionals, and were bubbly/chatty the entire time. Took great care of our things as we had concerns with our very large TV which they took extra care of
Sourced quotes from several other companies and these guys were the most competitive
Will definitely be using them again when we move in a few years

Brodie helped us out with our move recently and his service couldn’t be faulted. He was efficient , reliable, careful, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was treated with the utmost care both loading and unloading. He made the process of moving 100x easier, we were so grateful.
