All the people involved were all very nice a pleasant. However, Crown did not do a good job coordinating to make sure there were enough people to pack during the two days of the move. This slowed down the process. There was, for example, a period when the movers could not do much as not enough packing equipment had been delivered.

We were really impressed with the efficiency of the packaging of our small amount of personal effects. The two Crown packers prepared our goods for international shipment in a diligent manner and consulted with us during the process. The Crown agent we dealt with alerted us to a possibility of import tariffs if we were to ship to the UAE. This was not relayed to us by the other companies that we sought out. Hence we decided to go with Crown and store our goods at their warehouse in Brisbane pending shipment to Italy at a later date. The storage fees at their warehouse were extremely reasonable and so this was another factor in deciding to select Crown Relocations. Overall a relaxing and relieving experience to have worked with Crown. In fact we will be considering Crown when we ship our household belongings to Italy from the UAE in the near future.
