My parents were recommended this company by a close friend who had used them. Wish they never were! They were left with a list a mile long of items broken, scratched or damaged. First truck sent was far too small, no portarobes sent as requested, and paid for. Second truck arrived two hours after the first, and we had all done 5-6 car trips to transport clothes etc. Company now won’t return phone calls and ? Parents number is blocked by them. Will never recommend this company to anyone!

I'm finding it hard to even give this company a one star rating, we stored our furniture with them March last year while waiting for our house to be built in Shepparton. After several calls to this company in June and speaking to an incredibly rude receptionist we eventually found out this company had gone into liquidation! We then had to find a company in Kyabram to travel to Melbourne to pick up our furniture and then hold it in storage. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

Have used this company many times over the years under the previous owner Warren and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. We decided to use them again only to find Warren had sold the business, big mistake going with them, didn't listen when I advised two men and one truck would not be enough for our move, didn't bother sending someone to quote. No Portarobes supplied. Two extra men turned up and took a full day. After they left we found a big scratch in the timber floor also in the stairwell. Box marked fragile under a heavy box so everything in it broken. TV has two big scratches. Our mattress was ripped. Not good service at all. Plenty of other removalists around try elsewhere

Mark, Ross and the team made moving simple and painless... or the parts they could assist with anyway. The pre load a few days before saw them empty out the bulk of the gear, leaving just the main furniture to shift on the Saturday morning - both trucks we unloaded at the other end and the entire shift completed by lunchtime that day.
It's one of the smoothest moves I've ever had, and will be going back to them next time we shift (hopefully not for a few more years).

Mark, Steve, Chris & Co are wonderful guys. They worked non stop on 2/3/16 with our furniture and again on 7/3/16 with our garage.
Nothing was too much trouble and they continually smiled.
Maroondah Removals are very lucky to have such valuable hard working guys.
This is the second time we have used them and would't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.
