Blokes from Crew #420 were polite and accommodating. Ran it up the steps to the landing to save me slogging a queen mattress up there myself.

“Drivers 420” delivered 2 x Emma mattresses directly to the space requested - top deck of our highset house. The lovely gentlemen made it look so easy despite the weight and number of stairs to climb with said mattresses, and were an absolute pleasure to speak with. Thank you, and massive respect to both guys who did the job - made it look easy and were super kind and helpful. 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Nothing but good words for Direct Couriers Brisbane, their customer service and website / booking portal is fantastic. Great company. Appreciate all that they do, they are incredibly helpful and excellent communicators all round.

I am really disappointed to share the experience I had. I previously ordered a double bed mattress from Amazon, and it was supposed to be delivered through Direct Couriers. However, I never received the mattress even though the tracking shows that it was delivered. They did not provide any photo or proof showing where the item was left and only kept saying that it had been delivered. When I informed them that I had not received the order, they told me that there was nothing they could do and asked me to contact Amazon instead.

Driver Steve 454 helped me unload my furniture and then went out of his way to get tools from home to set it all up for me! He was such an amazing help and would absolutely recommend.

I had a new mattress delivered today and the two guys who delivered it were the nicest, most accommodating and courteous fellows. A big thumbs up to driver 420 (sorry I don't have your name) and his colleague for a top notch delivery.
