Absolutely POOR service. No communication from anyone and everytime we call to find out about our delivery, they keep pushing it out to another day. Its been pushed out 4 times and now we heading into the weekend without a bed. Manager didnt do anything sofar to solve this. Instead, they sent a 'successfull delivery' from the bed company for a bed that is still not delivered. Just Bad service.

Recently had my car keyed by a Direct couriers employee still wearing their uniform! They did nothing about it! They are disgusting and do not deserve your business!

Package was delivered by Donna (driver # 148). The best service - communication was excellent, took so much care with our package and went above and beyond to ensure it was in a safe place. Thank you Donna! You are a true star and a credit to your employer :)

Thanks for the call about not being able to deliver. However your customer service manager needs re-training about handling her own job. Your business needs to work on how to uphold your commitment to your business partners who entrust you to deliver, rather than simply letting down your mutual clients day to day.
