Quoted $375 to take a 4 seater couch across Ballarat, house to house. Refused to look at alternatives to delivery in the house at the other end. Had to be left in the carport. Paid at pick up which was the mistake.

Would review minus stars but option is not available. Quoted $375 minimal 2 bedroom house removal job that should take no more than 2 hours and ended up being 3/12 hours and costing double the quote. I could have moved most of the belongings in the boot of my Commodore for half the time. Do not recommend, dodgy.

I found this furniture removalist service straightforward and smooth sailing. Nothing damaged. Professional attitude. Recommend. Kev was great and a true hardworking gentleman.

STEAR CLEAR!!!! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Have not dealt with anyone so arrogant and rude. I was quoted for a small job of approx 8 items to be delivered the written quote was cash only $175 + $25 fuel. Booked and had the job done but told me I had to pay $395. I questioned this charge and was told 'good luck, you won't be getting any money back' He refused to honor the written quote and was rude & smug the whole time I had to deal with him to try to get my money back. It took less than 1hr to do the job and when I questioned the charge was told 'minimum charge is 2hrs' I could not find that stated anywhere on the website. He told me he must have forgotten to mention it. Well it's a big deal to me!! I will never recommend this so called company to anyone and will tell everyone I can about what a dodgy guy he is.....Shame that a written quote means nothing and so does customer service to him.

Would not use this company again. Gave us a quote too but was charged more. Something to do with time travelling to and from the job which everyone knows about, apparently 🤔. Other issues too. I wouldn't call them professionals. Was threatened to be sued if I left bad feedback. 👎 sad really.

We used Kev and Aaron to move locally. I can’t speak highly enough of their service. Kev is a great communicator and is very professional. He was on time and efficient. As Kev said, “I take care in my work and treat the furniture like it’s my own”. And he did . Kev even offered to put the beds together and Aaron set up the washing machine for us in the new house. Top service and top blokes!
