Luciano and Marcelo were amazing, couldn't have done it without them! Very hardworking even tanked constant flights of stairs with very heavy furniture.

Very professional, efficient and genuine team.
Both the removalists on the day, and Keelan from the office were immense help in a big removal job, with 2 days notice.
I own a huge amount of glass, marble, mirror and delicate furniture and items and all items turned up in immaculate condition.
The removalists were very fit and lifted each item with care and ease.
Highly recommend booking!
I will definitely book again if required for a future move.

We have had MIB move us three times now - from apartments to houses and many flights of stairs in between. These guys are really hardworking and always friendly. They have been consistently reliable, and are always efficient and careful. Special thanks to Adam who has led each time (and is unflappable), and Javier who helped us out today. Highly recommended.

Cannot recommend MIB removals enough. I’ve had a lot of travel for work lately and had to line up my whole move for one day of a one bedroom apartment. I did the prep work the day before, having everything packed up in boxes/bags etc and then all the furniture sitting ready to go.
Javier and Adam showed up on time and were really friendly and polite and got straight into it. They were also really good at protecting all my furniture and appliances so nothing got damaged. They also made sure they were careful of both properties so they didn’t scratch or damage floors or walls at all. I have a tiny car so they offered to grab all the miscellaneous things as well like random boxes to help me from doing it later. My lounge was an awkward shape so they even disassembled it, then rebuilt it at the other end.

Their pricing is amazing, they only charge you for the actual time they are with you, not the time it takes to drive to you like other places (I was inner city so I don’t know if that changes depending on your location). The thing that stood out most though was Adam and Javier. We had a fantastic experience with MIB. They arrived on time and were communicative and respectful of our belongings the whole time. Breaking down furniture to get it out the door and reassembling it on the other side was no problem. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
