The two fellas that came out were polite, hard-working, and just generally good blokes. Sydney heat didn’t slow them down at all. All our belongings arrived safely and in good condition.

Adam and Keelan were absolutely amazing — professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. There was a bit of confusion around the booked time slot and when they’d arrive, but once they were on site they handled everything calmly and professionally. We ran into an unexpected parking issue on moving day, and they sorted it out without any stress. They even kept our belongings safely in their truck overnight and came back early the next morning to unpack everything quickly and with great care. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience overall. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hardworking removalists!

Keelan and his crew were fantastic with our move. We were moving from a 4 bed family home, to a similar size property. They contacted us the day before to plan the move, and continued to communicate and work with us to make the move as efficient and easy as possible. They were highly efficient with time and care for all of our belongings. We would not hesitate to recommend Keelan and his team at MIB!

This is my second time using MIB service and they're still great! (We had Luciano)
Still fast, efficient and good rates!
I had a not-so-great experience with a certain other removalist company previously (they have a triple letter in their name). Not only were they slow, they also pressured me into writing a 5 star review in front of them. Thankfully they didn't notice i didn't publish it.
MIB doesn't do that crap which I really appreciate!
Highly recommend based on my two experiences.

Incredible service. Luciano and his colleague were so efficient. Very friendly. They were careful and didn’t rush. Disassembled and Reassembled our furniture in the new place. This is our 3rd time using MIB this was by far our best experience. Would highly recommend

Luciano and José did a great job in the rain in moving all our items with care.
They worked quickly but never compromised on quality—they went above and beyond to make the whole process stress-free. Even larger items that we thought would be challenging were moved with ease. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole team was friendly, respectful, and hardworking.
