Booked on 22/12/23 , received confirmation and signed contract on 28/12/23. Move booked for 19/1/24. No contact from them after that , tried sending several emails over the 3 days prior to move and rang multiple times, only to get voicemail, left messages for them to ring me. Still no response.
Finally at 8:30 the night before the move I got a text message saying they would be at my place at 8:30 the next morning. So stressful wondering if the truck is coming or what is happening.
Very unprofessional way to run a business .
On the day the 2 guys were great, very helpful and did a good job.

Spot On Removals lived up to their name. Everything was absolutely spot on. The guys were great and made the whole process stress free. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Spot On Removalists for your next move. From the initial contact to moving day we had such a positive experience. The boys on the day were fantastic. Professional, friendly and very efficient gets an A+ from us.

Organised a move from two houses in Perth down to Denmark with Spot On just before Christmas. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Very professional and personable and an excellent price that didn't mysteriously grow from the initial quote. Highly recommended!
