I was moving a large number of inherited items. 127 boxes. I had chatted with several companies, several, and I was NOT happy with any of the answers, the services, or the knowledge I was expecting. I had one company tell me I had to deliver the items to them, which was impossible, and pick them up 600 miles away when they arrived. It was insane! Another company sent me a quote that was incredibly high. Another service called me and then ghosted me. Two or more told me they could ship this but not that, and I was frustrated, aggravated, and stressed. Those companies were doing as little as possible and telling me what I had to do those things they should be doing! Incredibly unprofessional, inexperienced, and unknowledgeable.
Once I submitted a request to Sirelo (THANK YOU), from the first phone call it was incredibly stress free. [Names removed by Sirelo] walked me through everything, and it was a fantastic experience!!!!
I did quite a bit of research, had a good idea of what needed to be done, I was close. It was my lack of knowledge that concerned me the most. The mover, listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions without transferring me to another person. They knew what I had, what I needed, and made sure at all steps that they were going to get the job done and I had their direct numbers. I only wanted to deal with one individual. It is always easier than trying to explain things over again to someone new. When I was transferred from the salesperson to the coordinator….it was seamless! Thay had me from the first phone call.
The movers arrived early, which was nice. They called to ask if that was OK. Very nice.
Once they arrived…..very professional, we did a walk around, sorted out best routes, what needed to be repacked, they asked about specific boxes that had items that needed to be checked. The movers then proceeded to go about their job quietly, quickly, and when I had a question or felt like a short chat, they never stopped working and was very friendly. The head mover was very knowledgeable about what should be packed and labelled. While I had most boxes already packed, what they did repack was well done.
I was really prepared, had an idea of what I wanted or needed, but no idea about the process, time frames, and especially the paperwork for an international move.If I had no idea, was not prepared or had not done any research, I believe they would have been even better.
So far, I still need my shipment to arrive. I receive the shipment in 16-22 weeks, but so far….they far exceeded my expectations!!
