Julie and the team at TGL have been incredible in helping our company in all things freight related. With a lot of overseas freight consolidation, they have gone above and beyond for us, to increase visibility on what we have arriving, and are always very willing to put things in place outside of the norm, in order to achieve this. Just rubbish - AVOID. No urgency, communication with customers - seem to run to their own schedule without any updates or info for customers.
Edit 22/4/21: the management reply below, a full 2 years after this incident, indicating they can't find records of me as a customer is proof enough this company is a disorganised mess. Reading through the clearly fake five star reviews has also given me a good chuckle.

Freight and logistics is often challenging, fortunately the Thinkers have been fantastic. They don’t over complicate things and update me regularly and understand the needs required for my business.
