My experience with Star Moving was highly satisfactory.
The entire team was highly courteous and professional.I hired their services for international packing and moving.
Arpan, Surinder, Aman, Manpreet and Jack were a great team to have assisted me with my packing and moving.

Typical Indian behaviour of blaming the customer for their wrong doing ,even if you lived it .Astonished, Very hard to navigate . Dey won't care about your concern even if you highlight it to their premier.
It took me 4 weeks to understand the status of my consignment and that too , after reaching their office in person. Huh!!!

I can not advise strongly enough not to use this company. If I was able to give a zero star review I would. I have moved from the UK to Australia and from Star moving taking over from the company in the UK I have had nothing but hassle to deal with, they are rude, they do not tell the truth, they cancel with just one line emails rather than picking up the phone, they send you other customers emails and invoices so you end up not knowing if they actually know what is going on. They advertise as having an office in Melbourne when in actual fact the phone line diverts to Sydney and they don’t have any delivery vehicles it gets passed to someone else, so much so we are only part way through opening our belongings and so far we have a broken tv that it is irreparable and two boxes have been bust open with several items smashed inside and it’s too upsetting to open more at the moment. I have moved all over the world using several different companies and this one is the worst!

Hopeless. Star Moving processed the domestic leg of an international move. Poor communication throughout the Australia leg. The promise that the movers would come back and collect the remaining moving boxes (as a complimentary service) proved to be a waste of time given it is only subject to availability and we could not live in a house with 60+ boxes.
If you're planning an international move back home, ensure that they do not use Star Moving on the Australian leg.

I was so worried about my courier coming from India. But star moving did excellent job. Ajay who delivered my box was so responsive, delivered on exact time and gave me notification call before coming. So I can be ready. I would highly recommend him
