Good but nothing is perfect. Guys were good. Packed up what we needed but didn't crate the two objects we asked to be crated.

Dropped belongings. Stuffed belongings into truck. Caused over $10,000 damage. Then denied our claim and refused to talk to us. We had to sue Whybirds to get compensation.

So upset, goods damaged, fridge freezer dropped, feet of lounge suite damaged, dresser leg broken and my husbands tools are missing, without this he cannot trade as he is a plumber...
