To anyone considering using Hornicks, I would strongly advise against it, they are not a good company and they have no concern for the customer once they have been paid.
They arrived four hours late on the day of our move. They didn't have the correct equipment to carry out the move. They only had two guys on the job for a full house move. They had to call their boss twice to get more blankets and protection delivered to the site. By the end of the day, I was opening our boxes and asking them to use our blankets and bedding just to avoid any more delays.
We paid for our artwork and tvs to be placed in boxes, however they didn't have the boxes, so all our art and TVs were wrapped in blankets and sheets and stored between mattresses and other boxes.
When delivered, we have found our 85' TV is broken along with two chairs. And despite our notifying them, Hornicks have taken no responsibility for the poor workmanship and have walked away leaving us out of pocket.
