The worst shipping company I have ever encountered. Came to pick up my gear, they didn't even know I was doing an international move. Lied through their teeth that they would be repacking my home contents at their depot, they did no such thing. They just crammed all my clothes into cardboard boxes, without even removing the coat hangars. Wrapped my $5000 art work in bubble wrap, instead of building wooden crates to contain them, despite having paid for wooden crates! My tumble drier turned up with a 2 inch dent in the top, forcing me to make an insurance claim. They even managed to spend over half an hour outside of my flat, trying to break into their own removals van because they had locked the keys in the cabin! Absolutely do not use these people for any kind of services, they are liars and cheats and completely unprofessional. If you want your home contents abused and destroyed, go with these people, otherwise, literally pick anyone else and I bet they'd do a better job!
