Incompetent, negligent or both. During a basic apartment move they damaged almost every large furniture item I own. Couch, dining table, bed, hallway console, coffee table, credenza. Customer “support” is a joke. Instead of offering an apology or at least showing a hint of concern at damaging over $20K worth of furniture, they’ve been sending me templated snappy emails, sometimes with a typo in my name. I’ve used the company several times in the past without issues, but this experience was remarkably substandard.

Juliette and her team were just absolutely amazing again!!!. Juliette is always calm, informed from the beginning and delivered until the very end, as were her team, headed by Sonya in the office. Sonya is just incredible, truly. And the men on the ground led by Jessie were flawless. Excellent job, thank you Walkers.
I will most certainly use Walkers for every move!!!!

Walkers were great. Competitive pricing with really good communication at all times.
Warning! Don’t ever get Smith Owen Services to quote. Their CEO is a very rude man and their pricing is exorbitant.

Juliette and her team were fantastic from start to finish. The day of the removal went like clockwork, on time, super efficient and great communication. The three guys loading the truck were outstanding and worked non-stop to get everything done asap. Highly recommended and very professional.
