The customer service was very disappointing. It was great the time framing for the response but the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. No support or other options were provided, and the overall attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional. It made the process frustrating and left a bad impression.

Don't' go anywhere else! Aussiefreight is absolutely awesome. I transported my racing bicycle from a World Championship and all of the other team members had issues. But not me! I went through Aussie. Britlee provided me all the details I needed and helped me navigate the logistics on the ground too. Great pricing compared to what others were paying! You can't go wrong.
