Had to have our belongings in storage for 3 months , needed to buy a house .Keys we’re our storage people who then delivered to Baldivis , great service very accommodating staff thank you

WORST POSSIBLE REMOVALITS EVER! I have moved approx 5 times in last 5 years and this is by far the WORST experience EVER. The company have LOST 7 packing boxes of valuable items (food, glassware, launry items, liquor) but take NO RESPONSIBIITY and despite me emailing the missing box numbers - they are not interested.(No idea why they number boxes as this does not seem to matter) There is NO customer service and I found [name removed by Sirelo] very unhelpful and the Ops Manager [name removed by Sirelo] has not returned my call.
They unpacked my container in Perth and had to remove 7 boxes to access a table (which should have had legs removed but drivers did not bother) so WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BOXES - seems noone cares - I have had NO apology and NO explanation.
I have used Grace 3 times and [name removed by Sirelo] and both were exceptional - covered items in plastic and bubble wrap - Not this crowd- will never use this crowd again or ever recommend. Did not cover items in plastic just used filthy old felt blankets over my new fabric bedhead and furniture.
How do you lose someones freight especially 7 packing boxes ?? I am still waiting for an explanation!Read more
