The 2 guys who moved me were very helpful & professional. The young guy (Hayden or Harley) diffused a rather heated situation with the previous owner which was above & beyond. I am so grateful to him as I had no idea what was happening. Bless him. Highly recommend.

We recently used Bundaberg removals for an interstate move, great prompt service from the time we booked through the office to having the guys out moving. Very professional they took care & pride in all they did. So I paid $6000 to Bundaberg Removals and storage to move all of our items from one house to another house. Here is the list of items they did not move and that I can no retrieve. Total replacement value is well over $3000.
There is no excuse to explain this. Chris, the owner, I believe, came the day before moving and took photos of everything that was coming.
If he had any questions he could have looked at the photos on his phone.
You decide whether you would use them or not.
Box of crystal glasses from my mum and dads wedding day. - not replaceable
Daughters bed, that was sitting on top of boxes that did arrive and it was left outside so someone carried it
Daughters play kitchen that was next to the trampoline that did arrive
rough cut timber bookshelves, that were on top of something that did arrive
dog and cat beds, that were in the main bedroom and made there way outside so someone carried them
fencing wire
2 x 20kg bags of DE that were inside a cart. The cart arrived the bags did not
4 cat scratchers
dragon fruit tree that was next to all the other trees that did arrive
roll of insulation that they moved to access the artwork behind it.

I have moved interstate so many times, back and forth and never have I ever had to be there to watch the movers and never have i ever had items not show up or get broken.
Bundaberg removalists also broke a number of items that they are currently refusing to pay to fix.Read more

Absolutely 5 star all round. From the communication, organisation of storage and right up to the final removal day could not recommend highly enough. Everything was so easy and professionally done with the happiest 2 guys loading our stuff on 29/4/24.
EDIT: today 24/6/24 was re-delivery day to our new home after 8 weeks in storage, again outstanding service from Bundy removals and our stuff was looked after. I especially have to thank Chris for his tip of putting a roll of toilet paper and some teabags in our fridge & freezers to prevent mould - it worked amazingly!
