Chris and Bronwen and the team were all wonderful throughout our move. Everything went smoothly, with great care taken to look after our furniture and walls at both ends. The team was fast and efficient and friendly. Our stuff was kept safely in storage for 8 weeks and we had zero breakage scratches or dents. We are glad we went with Bundaberg Removals & Storage

Staff are so pleasant. Very efficient when quoting, take photos for easy reference later on.
Removalist team arrived exactly at the agreed time and were so careful with our belongings.

Huge shout-out and heartfelt thank you to Chris and the Team at Bundaberg Removals and Storage. They co-ordinated a move recently from Bundaberg to Brisbane for my Mother, at very short notice. The care, respect and dignity they extended to Mum during a very stressful time for her, was exceptional. They packed all Mum’s possessions perfectly, engaged in regular communication and provided updates throughout the process. Their sincere willingness to accommodate Mum’s specific needs, far exceeded our expectations. Delivery was seamless and on time with every care you would expect from a 5-Star Removal Company. Everyone we dealt with were so helpful and friendly with each interaction strengthening our confidence in their service. The company was particularly helpful from the beginning. They were able to be flexible and went out of their way to be supportive of my needs when things got tricky for me dates wise. Absolutely wonderful.
The packers were efficient and they packed carefully. The “lifters” were careful with my furniture and their unloading was efficient and they placed everything in its appropriate rooms. Thank you Chris and Team.

I was put in a difficult situation where my personal items had to be moved to WA. Chris, Emily and their staff went above and beyond to assist in packing and storing of my personal belongings. I would recommend them for their professionalism, quality of work, being responsive to my timelines and value for money.
